The #1 reason why they're pushing so hard to get everyone to get vaxxed is probably to make data like this go away by getting rid of the control group.
@waxwing I think it's dangerous to assume people in positions of power aren't smart or evil. Yes, the average person isn't. But with the elites it's a very different, much more selective, group of people.
Much safer to assume the worst and act accordingly.
@pete probably only true in the abstract sense: they want to destroy the outgroup (in the anthropological sense).
I very much doubt anyone is scheming with their rational mind on how to manipulate data.
