@pete yeah it wouldn't be surprising if the stories were embellished, but anyway my feelings are mixed about such things; it might be cute and clever ("beat them at their own game") but it never feels right to me to "stoop to their level" so to speak. Not that I have better plans.

@waxwing probably most effective if different groups of people are using both strategies at once.

@waxwing @pete At least it enhances the feeling of unity among the people and the sense that the government works against them and not for them. Those are important steps to get to a place where we can organize without state governments.
