@sebx2a @pete from what i understand displaying warnings like that in a "full attention" way is a mandatory thing for phone vendors, theres lots of discussion about this on the librem forums (e.g. https://forums.puri.sm/t/forced-presidential-alerts-on-your-librem-5/7795/20 )

of course, with an open OS it should be easier to remove the functionality, but you might also miss the occasional really important warning
