Doesn't quite fit the narrative of "drug companies evil"! Good reasons for Pfizer to threaten to withdraw Quebec's supply over tampering with the dosage schedule: it is _not_ clearly safe to do that, and Pfizer has massive reputational and maybe even legal risks if they do.
