@michaelfolkson Australia is close to that, as pretty much the only flights available to it are business class.
Being a citizen I can get in; I'm not paying $15,117 one-way to do so.
@pete Yeah I think UK, Aus, NZ, Canada will all do the same. Wealthy citizens can do what they like. Normal citizens can't leave.
