Another go at doing namecoin.... They've recently started using Sci Hub censorship to advertise themselves.
What's interesting is how much they're obscuring the fact that there is a coin attached to this, and people stand to make money from shiling it. Looks like the scihub gimmick lead to a small bump. But volume is ridiculously low: https://messari.io/asset/handshake
